A pioneer in digital media, with nearly 20 years of industry experience. Ofer joined the Tremor group in 2017 after co-founding Matomy Media Group, Ltd. (LSE: MTMY, TASE: MTMY.TA). Matomy Media Group is a global media company that began as a start-up and has since gone public.

Chief Operating Officer

An experienced finance professional having served as a tax and audit senior at KPMG Israel, and several consultant roles for medium to large private and public companies, including due diligence participation in M&As and IPOs. CPA & MBA. Yaniv has been with the Company since 2010.

Chief Financial Officer

Experienced director with over 20 years in finance and leadership roles, including over nine years as CFO, then CEO, of London-listed Matomy Media Group. Sagi joined the Company in 2020 and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.

Chief Legal Officer & Head of Corporate Development

Experienced legal professional having held legal and corporate business positions in large multinational corporations, investment management groups, and legal firms. Experienced in mergers and acquisitions, corporate operations, and corporate law. JD and LLM.

Chief Marketing Officer

Ben Kaplan is an industry leader with nearly a decade and a half of experience working across the digital supply chain, spanning roles in both brand and product marketing.

As Nexxen’s Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Ben leads a team of dedicated marketing and communications professionals and liaises with groups across the business to evangelize our products and tell our brand’s story.

Prior to joining Nexxen, Ben worked at the likes of sell-side platform PubMatic, X (formerly Twitter) and Meredith Corporation.

Chief Commercial Officer

Johnson is a proven commercial leader with over a decade of experience managing high-performing commercial teams and scaling revenue globally. He specializes in bringing strategy, direction, and focus for advertising technology companies.

He was most recently Chief Revenue Officer at Integral Ad Science where he led the global Sales and Customer organization. Prior to that, Johnson served as Senior Vice President of Sales at Amobee and Global Vice President of Rubicon Project (now Magnite) based in London.

Head of Client Strategy

James Malins is a digital media expert and industry thought leader with more than 16 years of experience in agencies, digital media and ad tech.

James is currently the General Manager of ACCESS at Amobee, where he oversees a team of programmatic media experts and consultants delivering technology and advertising strategy to Independent Agencies and Mid-market Brands.

Chief Data Partnerships Officer

Business leader with experience in managing data partnerships, data operations, supply operations, creative, and publisher and corporate development. Works to craft new and ongoing business deals and drive new revenue opportunities.

Chief Customer Officer

Experienced executive overseeing all customer & enterprise partnerships with a focus on driving stronger outcomes through technology & data solutions. Previously directed strategic alliances, partnerships and business development teams within the marketing and technology sectors at Turn and UBS.

Chief Product Officer

Product expert with experience in publisher development and product management. 12+ years of experience in digital media, an expert in publishing, programmatic advertising, media buying, and business development & affiliate marketing and management. Karim joined RhythmOne (a division of Tremor), in 2012.

Chief Strategy Officer

Digital video and advertising expert responsible for business and corporate development initiatives across the company. Before joining Tremor, Kenneth served as COO and CSO at Unruly, which he joined in 2014. Previous experience in development and strategy roles at Verizon Media, Disney / ABC and MTV networks.

Chief Revenue Officer

Experienced executive heading up global sales for Unruly, including its prestigious client council, The U7. Responsible for PMP sales and strategy across Tremor International. Previously held positions within premium publishers including Conde Nast, Reader’s Digest Association and Billboard.

Chief Technology Officer

Software engineering expert with over 20 years of managing large teams, specializing in software craftsmanship and growth techniques. Experienced in the orchestration of software development and QA teams. Involved in BlueSnap (formerly Plimus) engineering prior to their acquisition and joined Tremor in 2017.
